PPC PRIVACY POLICY

Overview

     The Pagosa Pickleball Club (hereafter named PPC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. 
We are dedicated to promoting and facilitating the sport of Pickleball in Pagosa Springs, Colorado and the surrounding area.  We understand the importance of keeping personal data private.  This document describes how PPC will handle information.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

     We collect names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, ages (including ages of dependent minors), and emergency contact information.  This information is necessary for managing club activities.  Personal information will only be disclosed in the event of an emergency.  In an emergency, the information will be disclosed only to authorized emergency personnel.  Pagosa Pickleball Club members have the ability to choose their own privacy settings on what information may be seen by other club members when using the club website and mobile app.  

     Minor dependent children will be club members under a family membership plan, where disclosure of their information will be under parental control, UNLESS parents wish their child(ren) to have an individual club membership.

Third-parties applications

     We will not share personal information with third party applications.
